Dr. Ivo Matanov is a specialist in the field of orthopedics.

In 2019, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Sofia University-c. Sofia.

During the years of study at the university, he worked in children’s cardiac resuscitation at the National Cardiology Hospital, volunteered in the department of orthopedics and traumatology at the “St. Anna” UMBAL – Sofia

Since 2020, he has been part of the team of Prof. Vladimir Rusimov in the arthroscopic traumatology clinic at the Military Medical Academy – Sofia as a specialist and first assistant.

From 2024, his specialization continues at the “Vita” Medical Center again as a first assistant in the team of Prof. Rusimov.

Dr. Ivo Matanov has an interest in shoulder and knee arthroscopic surgery.
